10 AM - 11 AM: Rehearsal brunch, on-site at the Historic Venue 1902, for the bridal party ONLY. Brunch to be provided by Hollerbach's German Restaurant.

6:00 PM - 9:00 PM: Welcome party, located at the Yardery (415 E 4th St, Sanford, FL 32771). This event is open to all. The attire is casual, and buffet-style food will be provided. See the 'Travel' page for more information on getting to and from the Yardery.

9:00 AM - Bride and Bridesmaids arrive for hair and makeup in the Bridal Suite located in the west wing of the venue. Ladies, upon arrival, please park your cars at the front entrance on 7th Street; when the valet and staff arrive, they will move your cars to the valet parking lot.

11:30 AM - Groom and Groomsmen arrive. Place all clothing and personal items in the Groom’s Room, located in the east wing of the venue. Groom and Groomsmen can also enjoy access to the Library, located in the same wing. Gents, upon arrival, please park your cars at the front entrance on 7th Street; when the valet and staff arrive, they will move your cars to the valet parking lot.

3:30 PM - Guests begin arriving and are seated in the ceremony area, located in the Wedding Garden. In the event of inclement weather, guests will instead be seated in the Auditorium located on the second floor. If elevator access is needed, please indicate this when you RSVP.

4:00 PM - Cermony begins.

4:30 PM - Ceremony Ends. Bridal Party Heads to Classroom and begins photos per the photographer’s timeline.

4:30 PM - Cocktail Hour begins outside in the garden. In the event of inclement weather, Cocktail Hour will instead be held inside on the first floor.

5:20 PM - Guests move to the Auditorium located on the second floor for the Reception. A buffet-style dinner will be served during this time, followed by an evening of dancing.

10:45 PM - Guests line up out front of the venue to send off the newlyweds with a sparkler exit.
